step 3: flooring work can done in various ways : 
option 1: using cement fibre board on ms floor 
option2: putting concrete on the decking sheet 
step 4: civil foundation is required ,we share drawings accordingly 
step 5 : windows , door , electrical etc has various option , these detials can be shared with client based on the budget and utility .
